We are what we eat. We have been taught this since childhood, yet through our modern, and sometimes hectic daily life, we choose convenience over healthy. The constant advertisements of fast food, and quick to grab pre-packaged, preservative laiden, processed foods leaves our bodies neglected, fatigued, and nutrient-deficient.
Through this blog I am sharing my journey as I resolve to find convenient and quick, yet healthy alternatives to simply cruising through the drive through. There are so many choices available to eat more conveniently, more nutritiously, and more satisfyingly. Here in this blog, I will share recipes from snacks to entries plus how to get on a food prep schedule that will become second nature. Not only will we eat more healthfully, we can actually save money too.
